Exhortation: Year 2020 is our year of Unending Praise and Grace. Our unconditional, faith based praises unto God opens the door of unending supernatural grace for diverse testimonies. In the light of this covenant, God by His Spirit, gives us timely revelations on what should be our prayer focus for each month. Hence our prayer theme for this month IT IS WELL!
Our main text (2Kings4:8-37) picturized a Shunammite woman who, against all odds and negativity, used her faith and confession to cause a supernatural turnaround in her family. Though her son was literally dead, she continued to hold on to her confession and faith in the unfailing ability of the Almighty God, "calling those things that were not as though they were" Rom.4:16-22. She held unto her confession with absolute faith that there was nothing too hard for the same God Who had miraculously given her the child. Jerem.32:17, 27.
By God's divine providence, as you pray with this confession throughout this month, your prayers shall translate into reality with diverse testimonies following, in Jesus' name.
With Christ on our side, victory is sure!

Prophetic Prayers
1. Thank God for all-round protection & Security upon every family within the church and your entire family. Psa.34:19, Psa.103:1-4, 121:1-8.
2. Appreciate the Almighty God for His salvation, healing and deliverance within the church and your entire family. Psa.103:1-5.
3. Give glory to Almighty God for His safety & deliverance from the pandemic (Corona virus) disease that ravaged the whole world. Psa.103:3-4, 121:3-8, Lam.3:19-24.
4. Sing praises to God for all the testimonies- of seen and unseen victories, within the church and your entire family. Psa103:1-5, 136:1-26. 98:1.
5. Plead for forgiveness and God's mercy over your life and entire family. 2Chron.7:14, Rom. 9:15-16.
6. My Father and My God, help my unbelief, impart upon me the winning faith to overcome every challenge this year, in Jesus' name. Mk9:17-24, Heb.10:35-38.
7. My Father and my God, I stand upon Thy unfailing Word to declare that IT IS WELL WITH ME and shall be well with me throughout this year, in Jesus' name. Matt.12:37, 2Kings4:8-26.
8. Heavenly Father, I stand upon Thy unfailing promises to declare that everything shall work together for my good this month & this year, in Jesus' name. Rom.8:28.
9. This is the season of Christ's resurrection: By the power of resurrection, I command every dying glory in my life to resurrect, in Jesus name. IT IS WELL with me in Jesus' name. 2Kings4:17-37, Phil.3:10, John11:25-44.
10. By the unfailing Blood of Jesus, every covenant of death in my life and family, is cancelled, now in Jesus' name. IT IS WELL with me in Jesus name! 2Kings4:17-37, Col2:14.
11. By the covenant Blood of Jesus Christ, my children will not die, my wife will not die, my husband will not die, my marriage & business will not die... in Jesus' name. IT IS WELL with me in Jesus' name! Psa.118:17, Jn11:25-37, 2Kings4:17-37.
12. IT IS WELL with me. IT IS WELL with my family. IT IS WELL with my marriage. IT IS WELL with my business, my children, my husband, my wife... in Jesus' name. 2Kings4:17-26.
13. By the Power of resurrection: where I have been sick, I confess healings; where I have been bound, I confess deliverance; where there have been battle, I confess supernatural victory- I receive it in Jesus' name. IT IS WELL with me in Jesus' name. Joel 3:10, Phil.4:13, Matt.12:37.
14. Where I have been down, I confess uplifting: Where I have been disappointed, I confess reappointment; where there have been failure, I confess success and breakthrough- I receive it in Jesus name. Joel 3:10, Phil.4:13, Num.14:28.
15. I stand upon the authority of the name of Jesus Christ and declare: Spiritually I am going higher; in my business I am going higher; in my marriage I am going higher... IT IS WELL with me in Jesus' name.

PROPHETIC PRAYERS FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH (Starting, Sunday 1st).
Theme: GOODNESS & MERCY
Text: Psa.23:5-6, Exod.33:17-19.
1. Thank God for the blessings and testimonies of the past. Lam3:22-25, Psa.103:1-42. Thank God and praise His holy name for fighting all your battles and giving you supernatural victories. 2Cor.2:14, Col.2:15, Psa103:1-5.
3. Appreciate the Almighty God for His goodness and mercy that endureth forever. Psa136:1-4.
4. Ask for forgiveness of your sins, and plead that His mercy speaks for you this month and this year. Psa.66:18, Rom.9:15-16
5. Blood of Jesus, erase every mark of bad luck from my life and family, in Jesus' name. Col.2:14.
6. Heavenly Father, I command every garment of bad luck to catch fire in my life and family, in Jesus' name. Heb.12:29.
7. My Father and my God, remove the garment of shame from my life; cloth me with the garment of goodness and mercy, in Jesus' name. Zech.3:3-4.
8. Every spiritual garment that gives me a bad image before my benefactors, be consumed by fire in Jesus' name. Heb.12:29.
9. Angels of Mercy! Angels of goodness!! accompany me in my journey this month and this year, in Jesus' name. Exod.14:19, 23:20, Numb20:16.
10. Every curse in my father's house or mother's house, that forbids me from goodness and mercy, be destroyed by the blood of Jesus Christ. Col.2:14, Gal.3:13.
11. Every messenger of evil, contracted to block me before my Godsent benefactors, be removed out of the way in Jesus' name. Josh3:1-2.
12. Every benefactor assigned to me by God, that is still in captivity, receive your deliverance, in the name of Jesus Christ.
13. Every problem facing my benefactors and hindering them from helping me, get out of their way in Jesus' name. Zech.4:6-7.
14. Where my goodness have been diverted, Holy Ghost return them to me, in Jesus' name.

PROPHETIC PRAYERS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY (Starting Saturday 1st February, 2020)
Theme: Fruits & Riches of His GRACE
This year is our year of UNENDING PRAISE & GRACE. Grace is unmerited favour given to us by God through Christ. It is God's Riches At Christ's Expense. The first and foremost fruit of grace is our salvation. We need to pray and guard our salvation with fear and trembling. Philip.2:12-13; then '...all other things shall be added unto us under the umbrella of His grace'. Matt.6:33.
As you pray earnestly this month, the Riches of God's Unending Grace shall be released upon your life and all that concerns you, in Jesus' name.
2. Glorify God for always making you triumph in every area of your life through Christ. 2Cor.2:14.
3. Appreciate the Almighty God for fighting your battle and giving you victory in every area of your life.
4. Sing praises to the God of our salvation for all the challenges you surmounted and all the testimonies of the past years. Lam.3:19-25, Psa.103:1-5, 30:1-12.
5. Sing praises to God for all His unfailing promises that are in stock for you this month and this year. 2Cor.1:20.
6. Ask for forgiveness of your sins- sins that may hinder all that God has for you this year. Psa.66:18.
7. Pray also for the forgiveness of the sins of anyone in your family that may hinder your blessings. Hosea 7:1.
8. Heavenly Father, have mercy on me; Let Your mercy answer for me this year in all dimensions, in Jesus' name. Rom.9:15-16.
9. My Father and my God, by Your unfailing grace, I shall not lose my salvation this year, in Jesus' name.
10. Almighty Father, by Your grace, open doors of supernatural testimonies for me this year, in Jesus' name. 1Cor.2:9, 2Cor.1:20.

18. By the grace of the Living God, my prayers, receive speedy answer, in Jesus' name. Exod.33:17.
19. Holy Spirit of God, by the grace that is beyond my capacity, lead me in the journey of this year, into the center of your plan for my life, in Jesus' name. Exod.33:13-17, Jer.29:11-13, 3Jn1:2.
20. Begin to worship and praise the Almighty God for all He will do, for He will surprise you with diverse testimonies, this month and this year. Sing praises to His Majesty from the depth of your heart.

PROPHETIC PRAYERS FOR JANUARY 2020 (Starting Wednesday, 1st of January).
Theme: Ebenezer Praise: "Hitherto hath the LORD helped us"- 1Sam.7:12.
Text: 1Sam.7:8-14, Psa.65:9-13, Psa.103:1-5, 1Thess.5:18.
1 Samuel 7:10-14
[10]And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
[11]And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar.
[12]Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
[13]So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.
[14]And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites.
So far! So good!! So great!!! Our God has been faithful to His promises- They are ''yea, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God..." 2Cor.1:20. Like He fought for the children of Israel and helped them to disgrace and conquer their enemies, He accompanied us, fought our battles and gave us victory throughout the year 2019. We were the very witness to the goodness of God in different dimensions of testimonies during the year. That He preserved our lives to witness another year (2020) is a testimony to His faithfulness.
The mighty hands of our God moved against the enemies of our soul. He discomfited, disgraced and smote "our Philistines" before us. He delivered us and restored back to us all the good things we had lost and, we recovered them all. What a great victory!
This year, He has also given us sure promises, that can never fail- yea and amen to the glory of His name! He has promised to support us on every side by His unending grace.
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" - Rom.8:28. What then can we say? - EBENEZER! Glory to the Rock of our Salvation, Who alone has helped us this far and Who alone is our Pillar and confidence for the future.

1. Thank God for His goodness and mercy over your life, family and business, since the beginning of this year- Psa.136.
2. Thank God for the authority given to the church, for not allowing the gates of hell to prevail over the church- Matt16:16-19.
3. Thank God for His redemption and guidance every step of the way, from January to December- Psa.136.
4. Thank God for honouring His word in the mouth of His servants throughout the year 2019- Psa.138:1-2, Numb.14:28.
5. Ask God for forgiveness of your sins- sins of omission, commission, generational and besetting sins.
6. Pray that God’s mercy would speak for you in the remaining part of this year and the years ahead- Rom.9:15-16.
7. Every blessing that I have missed from January till now, I recover all by divine speed, in Jesus’ name- Psa126:1, Rev.22:1-3, Jn5:1-9.
8. Every contracted enemy that carried away my blessings, I pursue and overtake them, in Jesus’ name- 1Sam.30:1-8.
9. Every blessing that the enemy has stolen from my life and family, I recover them all in Jesus’ name- 1Sam.30:17-20, Jn5:1-9.

*Note: Righteousness simply means, “right standing with God.” Righteousness is the condition of being in right relationship with the Lord, through TOTAL faith and dependence upon Christ's finished work of grace on the cross of Calvary. There is no other way, and there is nothing we can add to our faith to attain this status of right relationship with the Lord (Rom.11:6). The Righteousness of God is in the fact that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us; His promises are ye and in Him, Amen (Rom.5:8-10, 2Cor.1:20). Whatsoever we ask in His name, we receive(Phil.2:8-11, Jn14:13-14). He is not a man that He should lie...Numb.23:19, Heb.6:10-18.
Righteousness is a gift that comes from God to those who accept what Jesus has done for them by faith (Rom. 5:17-18). The gift of salvation produces a changed heart that, in turn, changes our actions.

3. Appreciate God for His faithfulness in every dimension, within the church and in every family.
4. Appreciate God for His goodness and mercy that endure forever, in your life and family. Sing praises to Him from the depths of your heart. Psa.136:1-26.

7. Heavenly Father, lead me in the Paths of Thy Righteousness, for diverse testimonies, in Jesus' name. Psa.5:8, 23:3-6.
8. LORD, You alone are the Righteous One: impart Thy righteousness upon my life and family, in Jesus' name- Phil.3:9.
9. Holy Spirit of God, revive and quicken me for better service unto God, in Jesus' name. Psa.85:6, Jn4:24.
10. My Father and my God, let Thy sun of righteousness shine upon me now, supernatural uplifting in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.- Prov.14:34.
11. Heavenly Father, let Thy sun of righteousness shine upon me now, for divine healing in my body, in my family, in my business... in Jesus' mighty name. Mal.4:2.
12. Father, let Thy Sun of Righteousness & Thy Rain of Righteousness, come upon my life, marriage/family, business,... For all-round fruitfulness in Jesus' name- Mal.4:2, Hosea10:12.
13. Father, in Thy Righteousness establish me, shield me(my family & business) away from every oppression of the enemy, in Jesus' name. Isa.54:14.

Church Growth & Development (Part 2).
RESEARCH ON CHURCH GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
One of the practical ways to learn church growth and development is to understudy those churches that have grown from very little or nothing to becoming mega churches today. Some of these churches had a very rough beginning; but according to the infallible promises of God, their latter days have greatly increased in sporadic growth and development. They sure have important secrets to share with us.
In his research on what could best be described as church growth and development, Thom Rainer, an American Church Researcher and Writer, discovered the SECRETS OF TURNAROUND CHURCHES. His discoveries are here presented for practical study and analysis:

SIX RECENT LESSONS I. LEARNED FROM TURNAROUND CHURCHES
I love hearing stories of hope. Instead of waiting for the stories to come to me, I recently interviewed 19 pastors whose churches had moved from struggling to breakout. All of the pastors had been in the church at least four years, and all of them had reached points of frustrations. Then their churches began to reverse their declines and stagnations.
None of the pastors I interviewed were new at their churches. None of the churches had relocated in recent years. And none of the communities in which the churches were located had grown dramatically.
So what happened at these churches?
All of the pastors were careful to give glory to God. Most of them articulated that their stories were not ones of mere methodological devices. But they did have six common themes worth noting.
- They led the church to become highly intentional about starting new groups. The fewest groups started by any one of the churches were four in a one-year period. These churches were serious about new groups, and most of them saw that, at least from a human perspective, as the primary source of turnaround growth.
- They led the church to a culture of inviting people. These pastors expressed amazement at how many people started coming to their churches simply because they were invited. To be clear, this type of invitation was personal, from a member to someone else. It was not some type of major commercial marketing initiative. Some of the churches had a big event, “invite-a-friend-day,” to kickoff this new culture of inviting.
- They began new member classes. These classes set the tone for new members. They established the expectations for new members. After a few months of these classes, many of the pastors begin to notice an attitudinal change toward the positive among the members.
- They began a major community ministry. Some of the churches “adopted” local schools. Some of the leaders made appointments with key civic leaders to find out how their churches could best help the community. In all cases, church members got out of the comfort of the church buildings and went into the community to serve others.
- They began to pray for the lost and unchurched by name. For many of the churches, this type of praying was a first. Most of them attested that it seemed awkward at first, but it later became a part of their Great Commission culture.
- The leaders began to focus less on negative people and circumstances and more on God’s possibilities. The leaders became, in God’s power, people of faith instead of people of fear. This spirit of faith became pervasive in the churches. Many of the churches saw a negative and unbelieving church culture become a positive and faith-believing culture.
Nine out of ten churches in America are either declining or growing more slowly than the communities in which they are located. In other words, most churches are losing ground in their communities.
But, in the midst of all the bad news about churches, we do see more and more beacons of light. I was delighted and encouraged to hear these stories of turnaround churches and what they are doing. I plan to report on other churches in the future.
