1 Samuel 7:10-14
[10]And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.
[11]And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar.
[12]Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.
[13]So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.
[14]And the cities which the Philistines had taken from Israel were restored to Israel, from Ekron even unto Gath; and the coasts thereof did Israel deliver out of the hands of the Philistines. And there was peace between Israel and the Amorites.
So far! So good!! So great!!! Our God has been faithful to His promises- They are ''yea, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God..." 2Cor.1:20. Like He fought for the children of Israel and helped them to disgrace and conquer their enemies, He accompanied us, fought our battles and gave us victory throughout the year 2019. We were the very witness to the goodness of God in different dimensions of testimonies during the year. That He preserved our lives to witness another year (2020) is a testimony to His faithfulness.
The mighty hands of our God moved against the enemies of our soul. He discomfited, disgraced and smote "our Philistines" before us. He delivered us and restored back to us all the good things we had lost and, we recovered them all. What a great victory!
This year, He has also given us sure promises, that can never fail- yea and amen to the glory of His name! He has promised to support us on every side by His unending grace.
"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" - Rom.8:28. What then can we say? - EBENEZER! Glory to the Rock of our Salvation, Who alone has helped us this far and Who alone is our Pillar and confidence for the future.
Prayer Points
1. Thank Almighty God for His goodness and mercy throughout the year 2019. Sing Praises to the Rock of our Salvation. Psa95:1-2.
2. Praise God for all the victories, blessings and diverse testimonies within the church and in your life. Worship and sing praises to His holy name.
3. Appreciate God for His forgivess and His love, for not judging you by your sins nor allow the devil's accusations to prevail over your life. Psa.103:1-3,10; Rev.12:10, Psa.130:3.
4. Praise Him for the Salvation of your soul. Praise Him for His healing and deliverance upon your life and entire family.
5. Thank Him for the grace that saw you through the year 2019 victoriously.
6. Appreciate God for all His promises in the year 2020; Praise Him for that which eyes have not seen, ears have not heard, beyond our heart desire, which God has prepared for you in the year 2020. 1Cor.2:9.
7. Thank God for His mercy that will continue to speak for you throughout the year 2020.
8. Make a joyful noise to the Almighty God, the Rock of our Salvation, Who will defeat the "Philistines" of our lives and give us victory on every side. 1Sam.7:10-14, Psa.95:1-2.
9. Praise God for His enduring mercy that will see you through year 2020, in victories and diverse blessings. Psa. 136:1-26.
10. Glorify God for His faithfulness to His promises in the year 2020; He is not a man that He should lie nor the son of man that He should forget His covenant with us in the year. Number 23:19.
11. Glorify Him for the grace that will speak for you, abundantly beyond your requests and desires, for your victory in the year 2020.
12. Thank God for all the blessings He has prepared for us every month of the year 2020. Revelations 12:1-2.
13. Exalt the name of the LORD, for His unending grace that will speak for us in all situations, for His glory, in the year year 2020.

*Note: Righteousness simply means, “right standing with God.” Righteousness is the condition of being in right relationship with the Lord, through TOTAL faith and dependence upon Christ's finished work of grace on the cross of Calvary. There is no other way, and there is nothing we can add to our faith to attain this status of right relationship with the Lord (Rom.11:6). The Righteousness of God is in the fact that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us; His promises are ye and in Him, Amen (Rom.5:8-10, 2Cor.1:20). Whatsoever we ask in His name, we receive(Phil.2:8-11, Jn14:13-14). He is not a man that He should lie...Numb.23:19, Heb.6:10-18.

RESEARCH ON CHURCH GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT
One of the practical ways to learn church growth and development is to understudy those churches that have grown from very little or nothing to becoming mega churches today. Some of these churches had a very rough beginning; but according to the infallible promises of God, their latter days have greatly increased in sporadic growth and development. They sure have important secrets to share with us.
In his research on what could best be described as church growth and development, Thom Rainer, an American Church Researcher and Writer, discovered the SECRETS OF TURNAROUND CHURCHES. His discoveries are here presented for practical study and analysis:

SIX RECENT LESSONS I. LEARNED FROM TURNAROUND CHURCHES
I love hearing stories of hope. Instead of waiting for the stories to come to me, I recently interviewed 19 pastors whose churches had moved from struggling to breakout. All of the pastors had been in the church at least four years, and all of them had reached points of frustrations. Then their churches began to reverse their declines and stagnations.
None of the pastors I interviewed were new at their churches. None of the churches had relocated in recent years. And none of the communities in which the churches were located had grown dramatically.
So what happened at these churches?
All of the pastors were careful to give glory to God. Most of them articulated that their stories were not ones of mere methodological devices. But they did have six common themes worth noting.
- They led the church to become highly intentional about starting new groups. The fewest groups started by any one of the churches were four in a one-year period. These churches were serious about new groups, and most of them saw that, at least from a human perspective, as the primary source of turnaround growth.
- They led the church to a culture of inviting people. These pastors expressed amazement at how many people started coming to their churches simply because they were invited. To be clear, this type of invitation was personal, from a member to someone else. It was not some type of major commercial marketing initiative. Some of the churches had a big event, “invite-a-friend-day,” to kickoff this new culture of inviting.
- They began new member classes. These classes set the tone for new members. They established the expectations for new members. After a few months of these classes, many of the pastors begin to notice an attitudinal change toward the positive among the members.
- They began a major community ministry. Some of the churches “adopted” local schools. Some of the leaders made appointments with key civic leaders to find out how their churches could best help the community. In all cases, church members got out of the comfort of the church buildings and went into the community to serve others.
- They began to pray for the lost and unchurched by name. For many of the churches, this type of praying was a first. Most of them attested that it seemed awkward at first, but it later became a part of their Great Commission culture.
- The leaders began to focus less on negative people and circumstances and more on God’s possibilities. The leaders became, in God’s power, people of faith instead of people of fear. This spirit of faith became pervasive in the churches. Many of the churches saw a negative and unbelieving church culture become a positive and faith-believing culture.
Nine out of ten churches in America are either declining or growing more slowly than the communities in which they are located. In other words, most churches are losing ground in their communities.
But, in the midst of all the bad news about churches, we do see more and more beacons of light. I was delighted and encouraged to hear these stories of turnaround churches and what they are doing. I plan to report on other churches in the future.

Elements of Church Growth & Development
6. Unity Within The Church: There is corporate strength in unity. This strength can foster unlimited growth and development in the church. The happening at Babel shows the unpredictable and unlimited power of unity. Gen.11:1-9, Psa.133:1-3, Ephe.4:1-8.
7. Evangelism and Follow-up: Evangelism is proclaiming and publicizing the goodness of God through Christ so as to bring people to the knowledge of the truth, leading to true repentance from sin. It is sharing the good news and testimonies of all that God, through Christ, has done, is doing and will do. Members should be trained to actively involve in personal and corporate evangelism in the church. Tracts, journals, magazines, drama, music, crusade and revival programs, are means of carrying out evangelism.
8. Personal Touch Between the Pastor and His Members: Pastors are
9. Make Your Preaching Practical, As a Pastor: Christianity is not theory; it is practical. And like Paul the Apostle admonished Timothy, Take heed to your lifestyle and your doctrine. Don't place burdens on the people. Don't be a taskmaster. Don't be a do-what-I-say (not what I do) pastor; be a good example to your family and church members.
10. Focus/Stay on Your Vision:
As a pastor, stay on your call and vision; follow it up with all tenacity. Avoid copying other pastors- stay on your mandate/call and be original in whatever God has called you to do. You can never get the best from God when you 're not at your duty post. Wherever God has commissioned you to go, He will go before you to make the paths straight. Isa.40:4, 45:1-3. Whatever vision He has given you, He will make provision for its growth and development.
11. Keep Proper Records: For proper administration, growth and development, records are very important. Accountability is the mother of profitability. This is achieved by keeping proper records and correcting all that is necessary. Records speak of the past as a reference point for the present and as a means for perfecting future plans. It gives room for proper assessment of church policy, growth and development.
Any church aspiring for growth and development must keep records of her finances, human and material resources.
12. Church Leaders Must Walk in the Spirit: For any church yearning for growth and development, pastors and other leaders must learn to walk by faith, in the Spirit, and not by sight. They must learn to seek the face of God and take instruction from Him. If it is God's direction, divine provision, growth and development will be the end result.
CANKERWORMS TO CHURCH GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
The following factors deter/slow down church growth and development:
1. Foundational Problems: There could be issues at the inception of the church that now militate against her progress. It might relate to wrong or unscriptural practices at the initial constitution of the church leadership. It may also be due to grievances leading to breakaways of certain arms of the church, or other forms of foundational problems. Before true growth and development can be achieved in such cases, it would be necessary to seek God's counsel for divine intervention and direction. Psa.11:3, Prov.26:1-2, Deut.29:29, 2Chron.4:9, 2Kgs2:19-21, 2Chron.7:14.
2. Members Addiction To Technology: Although the era of Technology has come with lots of advantages but it also has certain disadvantages that can not be overlooked. One of such is the tendency of especially youths to prefer staying at home to watch services on television or online rather than attending church services. This affects their active participation in church services, church growth and development.
3. Lack of Knowledge of Proper Church Administration: Church leaders or pastors who do not understand proper administration end up scattering members that have been gathered overtime and losing them to other churches; they deter and destroy the growth and development of the church.
4. Disunity Within the Church: A church that is divided against itself can not stand-Matt.12:25, 1Cor.3:1-7. The Spirit of Christ (i.e the Holy Spirit of God cannot operate where there is division and disunity. Ephe.4:1-8.
5. Sin and Compromise of Church Leaders can deter the growth and development of the church. Prov.28:13, Psa.66:18, 1Cor.5:1, 10:8, 2Cor.12:21, Ephe.5:3, 1Thess.4:3.

The Church: The church is a congregation of the called out, redeemed and regenerated people, who are heavenly minded and earthly conscious. 1Pet.2:9-12, Col.3:1-17.
Growth: Growth refers to the increase in size and number. It has a quantitative measure. It talks more about quantity and size/number.

Development: Development refers to an improvement in all dimensions and circumstances. Development has a qualitative measure. It talks more about the quality of growth and advantages derived

While growth is concerned more with the internal increase or quantitative measure of the church, development encompasses overall changes including growth (vertically towards God & divine mandate, horizontally towards members & the neighbouring communities) and other progressive changes, within and outside the church. A child may be growing in size in terms of tallness, fatness, but may not develop in terms of brain activeness, responsibility, responsiveness, positive attitudes, etc. Another analogy is in the sociopolitical life of a people: A state or town may increase in population (growth) due to migration of new people or birth of more children, but may be backward (in development) in terms of the failure of the leadership to provide social amenities, jobs for the unemployed, health facilities, etc. In the same way, our churches may be growing in population (number of worshippers and size of the church building) but may be backward in terms of their "spiritual brains"- backwardness in the number of members that are born again, members that can be placed in leadership position, members that can be ambassadors for the church of Christ anywhere, members that are financially empowered, members whose characters can attract unbelievers to Christ, [and to the church], who can give us a good identity in the eye of the public, etc. Acts11:20-30.
The life of Christ right from the beginning is a symbol of growth and development. Lk2:40-52, Acts10:38. The first new testament church through the apostles of Christ, is also symbolic of the kind of growth and development God desires of us. Acts2:41-47, 4:31-37, 11:20-30.
A Necessary & Important Question is: Are Our Churches Really Growing? Are We Developing?
Elements of Church Growth & Development
Mandate, which is a product of vision & mission of the ministry, is key to growth and development. To get lasting positive results, we must first of all know and focus on our mandate and then follow it up with all tenacity. We must be consistent with God in what He has called us to do as a church, and as individual minister. Following the directives of the Holy Spirit through your General Overseer/Superintendent/leader is very key in this regard. Heb.2:2-3, Prov.22:28, Jer.22:28. The following elements can foster church growth and development:
1. The Word of God: Preach the undiluted Word of God to your congregation but be aware of milk drinkers(babies in the faith) and meat eaters (growing & and adult Christians). Sunday School & Bible Study, very crucial. 2Pet.2:2-3, 1Cor.3:1-6, 2Tm4:1-4
2. Wisdom for Proper Administration: Handling issues within and outside the church system, the right way for practical solution. Prov.4:7, Col.4:5.
3. Welfare: Cater for your members spiritually, financially and in every area of their lives. Be concerned about their marriage, their family and children as well as their challenges so as to know how to help them. Don't just give them fish, teach them to be able to fish and be financially empowered; be concerned about what they do, their businesses or work and help them to be empowered. Don't only organize programs for their spiritual uplift but also programs that will empower them in every area of life. Matt.14:14-21. Teach your members values that will make them excel in every area of their lives. Matt.5:1-16, Acts4:34-37.
4. Warfare: Win the hearts of your congregation on your knees towards the things of God. Complaints can only do very little or nothing. Much can be achieved on your knees. Pray for them, mentioning their names in prayers to God. Also, charge your congregation in prayers towards the end of the service.
1Tm2:1-4, Eph.1:16-18, 6:10-18, Philemon1:1-6, Gal.4:19.
5. Spirit-Filled Worship: Those that worship God must do so in Spirit and in truth. True worship is filled with the presence of God and this attracts people, especially youths into the church. Jn4:23-24, 1Cor.14:24-26, Psa.22:3
6. Unity Within The Church: There is corporate strength in unity. This strength can foster unlimited growth and development in the church. The happening at Babel shows the unpredictable and unlimited power of unity. Gen.11:1-9, Psa.133:1-3, Ephe.4:1-8.
7. Evangelism and Follow-up: Evangelism is proclaiming and publicizing the goodness of God through Christ so as to bring people to the knowledge of the truth, leading to true repentance from sin. It is sharing the good news and testimonies of all that God, through Christ, has done, is doing and will do. Members should be trained to actively involve in personal and corporate evangelism in the church. Tracts, journals, magazines, drama, music, crusade and revival programs, are means of carrying out evangelism.
Follow-up is a system of activities planned by the church to manage, support, encourage and groom especially new members until they are established and incorporated fully into the body of Christ. Follow-up enables the church management to know the strengths, weaknesses, needs, faith level and mindset of new converts and new members.
From the explanations above, it is evident that evangelism and follow-up are necessary tools or ingredients for church growth and development. The earthly ministry of Jesus Christ and His apostles thrived on evangelism and follow-up with true worship. Acts10:38, Acts2:36-41, 42-47.
8. Personal Touch Between the Pastor and His Members: Pastors are
spiritual parents to their members. Personal touch endears members to their Pastors; such members have a sense of responsibility and commitment to the church. This involves, but not limited to, laying of hands, praying with them on phone or through a system that has been put in place.
10. Focus/Stay on Your Vision:
As a pastor, stay on your call and vision; follow it up with all tenacity. Avoid copying other pastors- stay on your mandate/call and be original in whatever God has called you to do. You can never get the best from God when you 're not at your duty post. Wherever God has commissioned you to go, He will go before you to make the paths straight. Isa.40:4, 45:1-3. Whatever vision He has given you, He will make provision for its growth and development.
11. Keep Proper Records: For proper administration, growth and development, records are very important. Accountability is the mother of profitability. This is achieved by keeping proper records and correcting all that is necessary. Records speak of the past as a reference point for the present and as a means for perfecting future plans. It gives room for proper assessment of church policy, growth and development.
Any church aspiring for growth and development must keep records of her finances, human and material resources.
12. Church Leaders Must Walk in the Spirit: For any church yearning for growth and development, pastors and other leaders must learn to walk by faith, in the Spirit, and not by sight. They must learn to seek the face of God and take instruction from Him. If it is God's direction, divine provision, growth and development will be the end result.
CANKERWORMS TO CHURCH GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT.
The following factors deter/slow down church growth and development:
1. Foundational Problems: There could be issues at the inception of the church that now militate against her progress. It might relate to wrong or unscriptural practices at the initial constitution of the church leadership. It may also be due to grievances leading to breakaways of certain arms of the church, or other forms of foundational problems. Before true growth and development can be achieved in such cases, it would be necessary to seek God's counsel for divine intervention and direction. Psa.11:3, Prov.26:1-2, Deut.29:29, 2Chron.4:9, 2Kgs2:19-21, 2Chron.7:14.
2. Members Addiction To Technology: Although the era of Technology has come with lots of advantages but it also has certain disadvantages that can not be overlooked. One of such is the tendency of especially youths to prefer staying at home to watch services on television or online rather than attending church services. This affects their active participation in church services, church growth and development.
3. Lack of Knowledge of Proper Church Administration: Church leaders or pastors who do not understand proper administration end up scattering members that have been gathered overtime and losing them to other churches; they deter and destroy the growth and development of the church.
4. Disunity Within the Church: A church that is divided against itself can not stand-Matt.12:25, 1Cor.3:1-7. The Spirit of Christ (i.e the Holy Spirit of God cannot operate where there is division and disunity. Ephe.4:1-8.
5. Sin and Compromise of Church Leaders can deter the growth and development of the church. Prov.28:13, Psa.66:18, 1Cor.5:1, 10:8, 2Cor.12:21, Ephe.5:3, 1Thess.4:3.

God has predestinated all His children to be victorious in every area of their lives. Whatever trouble or challenge we face, it is designed that we should have a happy ending of victory. It may look turbulent initially; it may look rough, uncertain and unlikely to favour us but victory is always sure! By divine providence, at the right time things will begin to take the shape God intends for it and all things will work together for our good. Rom.8:28, Psa.138:8. If we are not winning, it is either because we fail to realise God’s ultimate design that the battle is in our favour or because the appropriate time for the chanting of victory song is yet approaching.
Let us be rest assured today that the Lord has written the script of our lives and it all ends in victory. We must then make full use of the opportunities He presents us to actualize this victory in our daily living. Confessing and acting on the word of God in faith with assurance of answered prayers, is the great opportunity we have in Christ Jesus. He works everything perfectly in us and through us. He watches over our daily steps, helps our weaknesses and grants us all we need for life and godliness.

"For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost". 2 Peter 1:21.
Prophetic utterances are words spoken in the atmosphere of the Spirit of God. And when spoken in faith, they cause a positive turnaround; they cause a supernatural change! "And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man". 1Sam.10:6.
Prophet Ezekiel prophesied according to the mind of God and his utterances produced supernatural results. Dead, dry bones came back to life. Ezekiel 37:1-14.

JESUS CHRIST IS REAL: He is the Saviour of the World!
Have you ever been confronted with doubts, confusion and controversy about the person of Jesus Christ? Have you been bothered with unwholesome arguments about the veracity of the Scriptures, especially as touching Jesus Christ being the only begotten Son of God and Saviour of mankind? Or may be you have often taken such sermons with a pinch of salt... Well, all that the Bible says about Him is very true. In fact, before the the heavenly bodies and the planets including the Earth were created, Jesus Christ had been with God as the Master craftsman. He is the direct image of the invisible God. He is the embodiment of the wisdom and power of God, and the Architect of all that God created. His name is above all other names; at the mention of His name all knees in heaven and on earth must bow. Read the following scriptures- 1Corinthians.1:24, Proverbs8:22-30, John1:1-5, John 3:16-19, Colossians1:15-18. But if you are still in doubt, hear the testimony of this Islamic priest and scholar:
QUR'AN CONVERTED ME TO BECOME CHRISTIAN - ALL MUSLIM MUST CHANGE TO CHRISTIAN.
While I was working in a Muslim mosque as an Imam, as a parish priest, I preach in my parish that Jesus Christ is not God, for me, God was only Allah, and I believed Allah never got married, so no sons for Allah.
So, I preached there that Jesus is not God. Then somebody ask me, who is Jesus?’’ from the crowd. Maybe a Muslim, but he asked me, who is Jesus?’’ I was preaching He is not God, but the question is who is He? To know who is Jesus, I read the whole Qur'an again. When I read it, the name of prophet Muhammad, I found in the Qur'an in 4 places, but the name of Jesus I found it in 25 places. Then, at that point, I was a little confused. And I asked myself, 'Why does the Qur'an give more preference to Jesus?'
And second thing, I saw that women’s name in the Quran was scarce: but there is only one woman’s name that i found in the Qur'an which is MARIAM who is the mother of Jesus, no other woman was named after a chapter, but in the holy Quran chapter 3, the name of the chapter is the family of 'MARIAM’ and holy Quran chapter 19, the name of the chapter itself is ’MARIAM.'
So, I was very curious to know why does Qur'an say all these things about MARIAM, holy Quran chapter 3 verse 34 onwards says that Mary was born without the original sin, she never committed any sin in her life, she was ever virgin. Qur'an chapter 50 verses 23 say that she went to heaven with her physical body. Even the assumption is written in the holy Quran.
Furthermore, about Jesus, when I read chapter 3 verses 45 to 55 verses, there is 10 point which the Qur'an makes about Jesus. The first thing Qur'an says ( kallimatullahi ) the Arabic word which means 'THE WORD OF GOD' and second thing is ( ahimokuli ) which means 'SPIRIT OF GOD' and the third (Isa Masi) which means 'JESUS CHRIST' so Qur'an gave the name for Jesus as the WORD OF GOD, SPIRIT OF GOD and JESUS CHRIST.
The Qur'an says that Jesus spoke when He was very small, like 2 days old, after His birth, He began to speak. Qur'an also says that Jesus created a living bird with mud. He took some mud, He formed a bird; when He breathed into it, it became a living bird. So, I think Jesus can give life, because He gave life to mud, clay, and then Qur'an says that Jesus cured a man born blind and a man with leprosy e.t.c.
Curiously, the Qur'an says that Jesus gave life to dead people; Jesus went to heaven; He is still alive and He will come again. When I saw all these things in the Qur'an.
Then, I thought of what Qur'an says about Muhammad, according to the Qur'an, prophet Muhammad is not the word of God, not spirit of God he never spoke when he was 2 days old, he never created any bird with mud, he never cure any sick people, he never raised any dead people, he himself died, and according to Islam he is not alive and he will not come back.
So there is a lot of different between these two prophets. I didn’t call Jesus, God, you know my idea was ‘’He is a prophet but he is a prophet greater than Muhammad; so, one day I went to my teacher, the one who taught me 10 years in Arabic college, and I ask him;
"Teacher, how did God create the universe?"
Then he said;
"God created the universe THROUGH THE WORD."
Then my question is:
‘’WORD’’ is it the Creator or Creation?'
He must clear this, (my question is whether the WORD of God is Creator or Creation).
Qur'an says, Jesus is WORD of God. If my teacher says Word of God is Creator, which means Jesus is the Creator, then Muslims must become Christians. And, suppose if he says the Word is Creation, he will be trapped.
You know why? He said everything was created through the Word.
Suppose if he said the Word is creation, then how did God create the world? So he cannot say that the word is Creator or Creation. So, he was quite angry he push me out of his room and said:
'Word is not God, not the Creator or the Creation, you get out of here!’ he said...
Now, the reason why Muslim doesn’t accept to be Christian is because they are blinded with the wrong teaching of their priest - Imam who wants their strong followership.
They said that, the Word is Creation but they try to prove it wrongly...
They say the Word is not Creator, not the Creation, but not God. They don’t want the Word to be equal with God, that is all their problem.
So, when he said that, I told my teacher, Word is not the Creator or the Creation.’ So, that is why Christian says the Word is the Son of God? Then, he told me if there is Son for God, I must show him the wife of God. That without wife no chance of having a son then I showed him a portion from the Qur'an which says that;
'GOD CAN SEE WITHOUT EYES, GOD CAN TALK WITHOUT TONGUE, GOD CAN HEAR WITHOUT EARS.'
It is written in the Quran.
I said if that is the case, SO GOD CAN HAVE A CHILD WITHOUT A WIFE.
Later on that day, I took my Quran, I put it on my chest, and I said ‘’Allah’’, tell me what should I do? Because, your Qur'an says Jesus is still alive, and Mohammad is no more. Tell me whom should I accept. After my prayer I opened the Qur'an, I didn’t ask anyone, I asked only my Allah.
When I opened the Qur'an, I saw chapter 10 verses 94. You know what the Qur'an says? It says if you have any doubt in this Qur'an which I give to you, go and read the 'Book' which is the Bible, or ask the people, those who read the 'Book' which means the Bible. The truth is already revealed that the Bible is the last and greatest Holy Book that has all the answers.
I beg all Muslims to give their life to Christ because He is the only Way to the Kingdom of God. Please don’t perish like other Muslims that is serving the god they do not know. Read Ezekiel 8 vs 16 - 18 this is what the Lord says about those who practice Islam in the house of Judah before Mohammed took over.
Mohammed wrote Quran by mixing his doctrine with the history of all the prophets of God from the Holy Bible so that he can be equal with them, to make it more perfect that is why he told Islam worshipers in Quran 10 vs 94 that if you have any doubt in this Quran they should go and read the Book which is the Bible or ask any body who read the Book - Bible.
Please don't be ignorant of Muhammad's deception and his idolatry practice.
1. His first wife was related to a Catholic Priest, that is how he had access to information of the Bible. And they use Rosary to chant like the Catholics. That time, the Romans were using God's name to crusade, kill and oppress nations, which was not the original plan of God from Jesus Christ.
2. They face the east to pray. Where the sun and moon rises to worship the Sun, Moon and Stars. That is why they always wait for the star to align with the moon to celebrate their festival. Which about more than 1 billion people shed blood to worship. This is a strong renewal of their covenant with the deity. They use it to avert trouble from themselves and cause chaos in the world. That is why, after that celebration bad things happen to innocent people.
3. They made the Qur'an very hard to understand. Until you go to the Arabic and Islamic schools you can never know the deepness of Islam. Through this period, they are indoctrinated to hate Infidels (Christians).
4. They make sure they shave the hair of every new born baby on the eight day, by enchanting stubborn demons into the life of the child to make sure they don't depart from the faith when they grow older. That is why, it is hard for most of them to understand Jesus Christ.
5. They force people to become Moslems through Jihad. And take over the realm of affairs of every country. That is the job of the O. I. C Organisation of Islamic Countries. To kill and to annihilate Christians and take over their countries through Militant forces of ISIS, Al-Shabab, Al-Kaheeda, Taliban etc who commit mass murder in suicide bombings on Odd number dates.
6. They kill people who leave the religion of Islam and count them as disgraceful. That is why most of them are afraid to leave because of the persecution they will face.
7. Most of those who pray and go to Mecca to drink their holy water and kiss the black stone or throw stones are the ones that never forgive until they revenge.
8. They know women have soft heart and can expose the secrets, that is why, they are treated just as properties that can be used, as they like. They indoctrinate them from their very young ages. That is why they encourage child marriage.
9. It is a religion of mixture. You must use magic, invocation of genie , charms and amulets to blind the minds of people to be followers. That is why most of them commit murder and suicide in the name of their god and believe it is right!
10. Only the strong Hand of God Almighty through Jesus Christ His Son (Word of God) by the Power of the Holy Spirit (the executor of the Word) can save their souls. Except from that, they cannot be saved. Please pray for them worldwide.

QUR'AN CONVERTED ME TO BECOME CHRISTIAN - ALL MUSLIM MUST CHANGE TO CHRISTIAN.
While I was working in a Muslim mosque as an Imam, as a parish priest, I preach in my parish that Jesus Christ is not God, for me, God was only Allah, and I believed Allah never got married, so no sons for Allah.
So, I preached there that Jesus is not God. Then somebody ask me, who is Jesus?’’ from the crowd. Maybe a Muslim, but he asked me, who is Jesus?’’ I was preaching He is not God, but the question is who is He? To know who is Jesus, I read the whole Qur'an again. When I read it, the name of prophet Muhammad, I found in the Qur'an in 4 places, but the name of Jesus I found it in 25 places. Then, at that point, I was a little confused. And I asked myself, 'Why does the Qur'an give more preference to Jesus?'
And second thing, I saw that women’s name in the Quran was scarce: but there is only one woman’s name that i found in the Qur'an which is MARIAM who is the mother of Jesus, no other woman was named after a chapter, but in the holy Quran chapter 3, the name of the chapter is the family of 'MARIAM’ and holy Quran chapter 19, the name of the chapter itself is ’MARIAM.'
So, I was very curious to know why does Qur'an say all these things about MARIAM, holy Quran chapter 3 verse 34 onwards says that Mary was born without the original sin, she never committed any sin in her life, she was ever virgin. Qur'an chapter 50 verses 23 say that she went to heaven with her physical body. Even the assumption is written in the holy Quran.

1. Who
is an Excellent Man?
The word
EXCELLENT connotes a state of the highest quality, exceptionally good and of
highest degree. In God’s definition, an excellent man is one after God’s own heart; though
he is not ‘angel’, yet he operates in the righteousness and glory of God, for
he is the image of God. He is separated from sin and its vices unto God. Flesh
has been mortified in him and his life has been sacrifced on the altar of
Christ’s redemption work (on the cross). He is a representation of God’s
righteousness and glory.- Col.3:1-12, Rom.12:1-2. Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Joseph,
Moses, Nehemiah, Mordecai, David, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, the three Hebrew-
Hananial(Shadrach), Mishael(Meshach), and Azariah(Abednego), Paul the Apostle,
other disciples of Christ (except Judas Iscariot), to mention just a few.
Dan.1:3-8, 19-20, 5:12-14, 6:1-3.
An excellent man is approved unto God in all areas of his
life. He is highly responsible. He can manage his home well as a married man.
He is responsinle to God, to himself, to his household/family and to the
society. As such, he can not afford to misbehave. He can competently coordinate
his family in the way of the Lord and to the glory of God.
Excellence is the attribute of God- Psa.8:1-9,
Exod.15:1-13, 1Cor.1:21-25, Deut.33:29. An excellent man takes after God in
glory, righteousness and other godly qualities because he is the image of the
excellent God; hence the constant phrase “And God saw that it was good...” –
Gen.1:10,12,18, 21, 25, 31. And since God created the woman from the man, then
the wife and children of an excellent man are also meant to be excellent in all
ramifications- he is fearfully and
wonderfully made! Psa.139:14, Gen.1:26-31,
2:21-23. However, ignorance of who you really are in Christ, can make you to
misbehave and miss out of God’s blessings.- Psa.49:12, 20. Excellent Man! - you
are the image of the excellent God; you are the head and the pillar of the
house.
2. Excellent Men As Pillars of The House/Family
Jer.1:18-19,
Rev.3:12.
A pillar is the major part of a structure,
which provides a major support to that structure/building. Without the pillar,
the strength and future of that building will be limited and at the risk of collapse. The
pillar forms a strong foundational support for the building. Psa.11:3. The material of the pillar is
important to the building. The materials must be mixed in the right proportion
for strength and durability.
Jesus Christ being the CHIEF CORNER STONE and
head of the church, is the pillar of the church of God- Col.1:18,
Ephes.1:18-23, 5:23. Likewise, the excellent man is the pillar and head of the
family (the mini church). If he fails in his responsibility, the house/home can
collapse. He is the brain /thinking tank of the family. Being the brain/head of
the house, he is the coordinating center for the family and his activities
affect the whole body(the home) either posively or negatively. The brain is to
the body what the pillar is to the building. If he refuses to think right, the
home will be stagnant. If he thinks wrongly, the home will be in disarray.
The word PILLAR appears in about 107 times in
the Bible, in addition to its synonym
“Head Cornerstone” or simply “Head”. It is a word that describes the
attributes of God, namely, “Pillar of Fire”, “Wall of Fire” and “Pillar of the Cloud”
– Exod.13:21-22, 14:19,24, Numb.12:5, Zech.12:1-5. The word PILLAR also
describes man being the image of God (as Pillar). The excellent man is the
pillar, not only of the human house but also of the house of God.- 1Pet.2:5,9;
Jer.1:18-19, Rev.3:12, 2Sam.18:18. James,
Cephas and John were referred to as pillars who greatly supported the
preaching of the gospel.- Gal.2:9.
Excellent men are pillars in the house of
God, to fulfill the purpose of their existence, which is to support the
propagation of the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, like James, Cephas and John. For the
pillar to be strong and function properly, it has to be made of the right materials
mixed in the right proportion; it also needs to have a strong foundation. For
excellent men to function properly as the pillar, they must be thoroughly
furnished with spiritual materials such as the word of God, proper counselling
and prayer. Psa.11:3, 1Pet.2:2, Psa.119:9-11,105.
Characteristics
of The Man Who Is A Pillar
1. He is a regenerated man, an excellent man;
one that has been redeemed from sin by the blood of Christ and as such, the
desire of his heart is to please God everytime.- Rom.12:1-2, 1Pet.2:1-9,
Phil.3:7-13.
2. His primary function is SUPPORT- Support for
his entire house/family and for the house of God. He provides for the physical
and spiritual welfare of his family/household. Physically and materially, he
provides food, shelter, clothing and education for his children. Spiritually,
he nutures them in prayer and the word of God. 1Tim.5:8, !Pet.2:2, Eph.5:23,
1Cor.11:3.
3. Like every good pillar, he must have a solid
foundation in Christ and His word, lest he falls in the face of challenges and
lead to the collapse of the entire house. Just as a house built on a faulty
foundation falls in the face of storms/challenges, so is a man who is not
solidly built on the foundations of faith in the word of God. – Psa.11:3,
Mat.7:24-26, 1Cor.10:4, Rom.9:33, 1Pet.2:8. What you don’t have, you cannot
give. The excellent man, being the pillar of the house, is the pastor of his
household; his foundation is in the word of God and christ who is the
Everlasting Rock, the Word, the Wisdom and the Power of God. 1Cor.1:24, 3:11,
1Pet.2:5-9.
4. The excellent man as a pillar, is a leader,
not a boss- He lives by good example and he is a good example to his household
to follow. He is an encourager and an initiator.- 2Sam.10:7-12, Ezek.22:30,
1Sam30:1-6.
5. He is the director/head while his wife is the
manager. So he is in constant communication and agreement with his wife for the
growth, progress and development of the family. 1Tim.5:8, 1Cor.11:3,
Psa.133:1-3, Ephes.5:23, Amos3:3.
6. As a strong pillar, he does not give in to
criticism or challenges.- Jer.1:18-19. He is steadfast, immovable, sober in
spirit and sensitive to the plight of his family. He is vigilant.and watchful.;
he is the watchman for his family. 1Cor.15:58, 1Pet.5:8-9.

8. Most Pillars can be hidden in buildings,
which signifies humility and inner strength.In like manner, the excellent man
who is a pillar, is humble. Though he is the head, he is a humble leader who
relates with every member of his family at their own level of understanding. He
is not pompous or proud. 1Pet.5:5-6, James4:6,10, Mat.18:4.
9. He is a commander of resources/blessings
because his delight is in the law of God- Psa.1:1-6.
10. An
excellent man, being a pillar, is always busy for God. A man who is a pillar
must get involved in the work of God towards strengthening the body of Christ. He
is hardworking and diligent both in his house and in the house of God - 1Cor.15:58, Heb.6:10, Rom.12:11-12.
Diligence is combining perseverance, consistent effort and utmost seriousness
with hardwork to produce good results. His diligence is rewarded in various
ways. Prov.10:4, 11:27, 12:24, 27, 13:4, 21:5, 22:29*:
11. He
does not meddle with the world to do evil/unrighteousness. His continuous
thirst and desire is to please God in all things. 1Jn2:14-16, Rom.12:1-2,
2Cor.6:14-18.
12. He
associates with the right people. Psa.1:1-6. He that moves with the wise will
be wise and he that moves with fools and evil men will soon be like them.
-1Cor.15:33.
13. Finally,
for an excellent man to be truly a pillar in his house and in the house of God,
he must abide in Christ always, for Jesus Christ is the Everlasting Rock.

1. Sing Praises to the Almighty God for His goodness and mercy over your life and family.
2. Praise Him for the Salvation of your soul, for His mercy, pardon and redemption. Psa.103.
3. Praise Him for all the victories and testimonies in your life and family. Psa.103
4. Praise Him for upholding His church in corporate victories and testimonies.
5. Plead for forgiveness of your sins; plead for mercy and pardon over your life and family.
6. Heavenly Father, faith for supernatural wisdom, impart upon my life, in Jesus name- Jms1:5-8.
7. O Lord, Faith for winning wisdom in all areas of my life, impart upon me, in Jesus name - Jms1:5-8, Psa.119:113, Heb.10:38.
