THEME: DIVINE UPLIFTMENT
Text: Job 22:27-30, Psalm 75:6-7, Psalm 40:1-3, 121:1-3 127:1
“Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's” -Psalms 103:1-5.
The scripture above highlights the testimonies of God's goodness and mercy over our lives throughout the year 2025. Praise ye the LORD! Alleluiyah!
Highly Esteemed Members of this Great Commission, Our Ever Committed Workers, Highly Valued Partners, Amiable Ministers and The Entire VictoryLand Family all over the world, I welcome you all to the New Year (2026) in the exalted name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ..
It is no gainsaying that the journey so far has been quite challenging: the insecurities, the uncertainties, the country’s economy at large, and its unsavoury effect on individuals, families businesses and even the church of God. However, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Christ (Romans 8:37). His faithfulness, goodness and unquantifiable mercy have been our succour all the way. Alleluiyah!. We give glory to God Who did not allow the fire of the enemy to consume us, neither were we drowned in the deadly waters of life. -Isaiah 43:1-3. God has continued to fight our battles in the midst of all those challenges, with unlimited victory. Praise ye the LORD! Alleluiyah! –Isaiah 43:1-2, 1Corinthians 15:57.
The year 2025 was a peculiar year of JUSTIFICATION for us in all dimensions. Individual and collective testimonies abound in all branches of this ministry, of all that the LORD did and His reassurance for the future. What shall we say, then? –“O give thanks unto the LORD, for He is good: for His mercy endureth forever” –Psalm 136:1. Our heavenly Father is always faithful; it is of His tender mercies that we are not consumed and His compassion fail not. We are indeed very grateful to Him.
2026: OUR YEAR OF UPLIFTMENT
(Job 22:27-29)
By the direction of the Holy Spirit, 2026 is OUR YEAR OF UPLIFTMENT
What is UPLIFTMENT?
UPLIFTMENT is the gracious and supernatural act of God that energizes a man to rise up above ordinary level of achievement, above ordinary level of victory, above human limitations, above general level of transformation and promotion. It is synonymous with promotion, exaltation, or elevation. Only God has the power to truly uplift His children. -Job 22:27-30, Psalm 75:6-7.
Many Bible characters experienced upliftment at their appointed seasons, namely, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Mordecai, Esther, Hannah, Mary, Elizabeth, Obededom, Mephibosheth, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, Azariah, and many more. Ours shall not be an exemption in this season of God's visitation.
As always, this is the Prophetic Declaration from the throne of Grace to us in the New Year. We are fully persuaded beyond any iota of doubt that, God’s words are in Him “ye and Amen”. His declaration is forever settled in heaven and shall not return void until it has fulfilled His purpose. -Psalms 119:89, Isaiah 55:9-13. God has declared His mind to us. We as individuals and as a church are faith bound to stand upon His unfailing promises until our testimonies show forth, to the glory of His exalted name.
As we hold on to this word of faith this year, our testimonies shall know no bounds, in Jesus' Name. Remember, with Jesus Christ, our victory and indeed, our testimony, is sure!
Shalom!
