EXHORTATION

Praise ye the LORD! Alleluiyah! It is of the LORD's mercy that we are not consumed; His compassion fail not and great is His faithfulness towards us in every situation. All glory, honour and adoration to our heavenly Father. He is good and His mercy endures forever. Amen.

By His unfailing grace, we have continued to triumph gloriously since the beginning of the year into another month (the eleventh month).  We had passed through different challenges but are not consumed; God has been our Ever Present Help in every situation and He never allows us to be put to shame. He has continued to enable us triumph over every situation His name alone be exalted forever. Amen. -2Corinthians 2:14.

Last month, God promised us enlargement in every area of our lives. We prayed and God hearkened to our voice; His hands are upon us for supernatural enlargement and this is not time bound. It spans through the entire year and into the future. It is on this note that we continue to persevere in prayers this month until His righteousness rains upon us and our testimonies become multiplied.

This month, the LORD has again given us His word. He has given us a spiritual compass to navigate through the month of November gloriously and victoriously. His Prophetic Word for us this month is HARVEST OF RESTORATION.

What is Harvest? And what is Restoration?

The word "Harvest" takes its root meaning from Agriculture. It means gathering crops that have grown into maturity and borne fruits. It means reaping the rewards of what has been sown in times past. Harvest season is a season of gathering in joy, celebration and jubilation. The word "Restoration" is bringing back all the good things one has lost, in greater dimensions & multiple folds than what was lost. -Psalms 126:1-3. It is bringing back sound health after sickness, bringing back deliverance after captivity, bringing back abundance after lack, bringing back bountiful harvest after losses and wastage. It is spiritual recovery of our original glory and our God-ordained status which had been lost or tampered with in one way or the other. It is taking back what has been stolen or taken away from us, -spiritually, maritally, financially, materially, medically and all other areas. Jabez experienced this restoration (1Chronicles 4:9-10). It is getting back the original, wonderful things that have been destined for us, far beyond human limitations.

We can therefore see Harvest of Restoration as the totality of all that God will enable us to reap or harness during the  restoration process. It is the totality of our testimony of restoration. This was what God did for the children of Israel. -Psalm 126:1-6.

The period of sowing is a period of pain and concerns, a period of endurance and exercising faith in God to bless our present efforts and reward our past, wasted efforts. When the harvest comes, God rewards our toiling with great things [blessings and testimonies]. He translates our toiling into singing and dancing, and fills our mouths with laughter. -Psalm 126:1-6.

How To Prepare For Harvest of Restoration (Hosea 10:12).

*Renew your mind. -Romans 12:1-2.

*Remove sin & unforgiving spirit far away from you.  -Psalm 66:18-20, Matthew 6:12

*Remove unbelief. -Hebrews 11:1-2, 6. Have faith in the God of restoration and look unto Jesus Christ to perfect your efforts (Hebrews 12:1-2).

Dimensions of Restoration.

(Psalm 51:10-12, Psalm 126:1-6, Joel 2:23-27).

1. Spiritual Restoration. This includes restoration from backsliding, reconnecting with God in spirit and in truth, renewed consecration, deliverance from captivity, bondage and affliction, restoration of our lost glory, etc.

2. Physical/Material Restoration. This includes restoration of our glorious marital, health and financial status; restoration of lost opportunities, lost relationships, lost belongings, etc.

How To Enter into The Harvest of Restoration

1. Pray! Pray!! and Pray through. Pray until your restoration becomes a reality. Jabez realized he needed restoration badly and he prayed until he got it, -1Chronicles 4:9-10. Pray with absolute faith in God, in the name of Jesus Christ. -John 14:13-14, Jeremiah 33:3, 6-7. Pray for revelations; pray for direction & instructions. Pray until you see your testimonies, -Hosea 10:12.

2. Meditation in line with the revelation.  This is very important. It enables you to know what to do per time and avoid likely hindrances while expecting restoration from God. -Joshua 1:8, Psalm 1:1-3.

3. Act! Act!! and Act!!! Couple your prayers with actions. A time of restoration is a time of revelation and action. When God was about to restore His people from their hopeless situation in Babylonian captivity, He gave Ezekiel a revelation of the Valley of Dry Bones, depicting the deplorable state of the people and God's plan to deliver them (Ezekiel 37:1-14). Ezekiel was instructed by God to relay the vision to his people, so as to activate their hope and prepare them for their eventual restoration. A time of restoration is a time to take action based on the revelation received from God. Your expected action is obedience in the direction of God's revelation to you.

When God speaks, the wise listen and take action. They take action with all sense of faith and tenacity. They pray when they should pray and act on prophetic instructions. They work out their salvation (and restoration) with fear and with trembling in obedience to God. This opens doors of testimony unto them. -Philippians 2:12.

As we dwell on God's prophetic instruction for us this month, our testimonies shall know no bounds. We shall witness His mighty presence and all-round restoration in Jesus' Name.

Remember, with Jesus Christ, Victory, and indeed, our restoration, is Sure!

Shalom!
